The Most Unexpected ‘Side Effects’ of Pelvic Bowl Healing 2

Unexpected “Side Effect” #2:
You Get to Drop a Bunch of Baggage

I know it sounds kinds weird and “woo-woo” and maybe it is, but who cares?

One of the outcomes I see the most from my Pelvic Bowl Healing work is that women get to clear old stories, uncomfortable events that caused long-term effects, family traumas, and more. Once these things are cleared, you feel SO much lighter!

When things happen to us and we don’t have the support required to clear them at the time, we seem to “stuff” them into our pelvic bowls. If many things happen over time, the area becomes so stuffed that we have symptoms.

I, myself, have been able to greatly decrease menstrual cramps after doing this work and I have witnessed the decrease in much more than that in my amazing clients.

The good news is that through this therapy, you don’t actually have to relive anything. I know this is a big concern for people because the only way we’ve had to work through our old stuff in the past is through talking and therapy.

As our teacher and creator of Holistic Pelvic Care™, Tami Kent always says, “You can’t clear trauma through talking”. You can clear it through healing your pelvic bowl. This technique is the most gentle, yet effective way I know to drop your baggage and do it for good!

And, as one of my favorite clients has said many times, “It’s weirdly not that weird”.

If you would like to see for yourself, please use the Book Now button to schedule your Pelvic Bowl Healing Session with me or find another provider you feel most aligned with.

I want all women to have access to healing that lasts and makes a big difference for them. Spread the word and share this post with your friends.
